Purpose and scope
We explain purchasing, costs, custody and security. We prioritize useful answers and inspectable calculations over publishing volume. Education should help readers understand a decision, including the choice not to buy.
Sources and accuracy
We prefer original protocol documentation, official provider documentation about that provider’s own services, and public consumer-protection sources. A source’s authority depends on the claim. An exchange is a source for its fee schedule, not a neutral assessment of its own safety.
Review and updates
Before publication, check the explanation against its sources, review calculations and links, and inspect mobile and keyboard use. A date is changed when the content is substantively reviewed or changed. Price fetch times are separately labeled and do not mean the whole article was reviewed.
Authorship and automation
Content is published under the site brand. Automated drafting and development tools may assist production. We do not claim expert review or qualifications that have not been verified. Readers can inspect sources and report concerns; automation does not make a claim reliable.
Editorial independence
We do not accept payment to present a product as the best. Paid relationships, if introduced, must be disclosed. Category comparisons describe tradeoffs rather than imply universal suitability. See our comparison methodology.
Corrections
Material errors should be corrected with a dated note on the affected page. Reports go to our contact inbox. See the corrections policy.
